Portscout - Errata for Version 0.7.4

Unless otherwise stated, these issues are all fixed in the latest FreeBSD port.

2008/05/25 - There is a missing SQL table column in the SQL initialisation files. This will cause errors when portscout begins to make requests to remote servers. Anyone upgrading from 0.7.3 or below will not be affected, as the SQL upgrade schemas were correct. Users should apply this patch to correct this issue.
